Do technicians get a mobile app?+

Yes. The BotSync Android app gives every technician their daily job queue, navigation to the address, customer history, and a 'job complete + collect payment' flow. iOS is on the roadmap.

How does payment work?+

We integrate with Razorpay, Cashfree, and PayU for payment links sent in WhatsApp. Customer taps the link, pays via UPI / card / netbanking. Receipt is auto-sent in the same chat with GST and the service breakdown.

Can BotSync handle AMC / subscription customers?+

Yes. Each AMC customer has a service schedule on their profile — 4 services per year, quarterly pest control, monthly deep clean. BotSync auto-sends a reminder at the right cadence and books the slot when the customer replies yes.

What about emergency / same-day jobs?+
