Yes. Each counsellor or owner connects their own Google Calendar with one OAuth click. BotSync reads free/busy in real time and writes confirmed bookings back as proper events with a Google Meet link.
Can an agent book manually on behalf of a lead?+
Yes. From any lead profile, an agent can open the slot picker, pick a counsellor and time, and confirm — the lead gets the same WhatsApp confirmation and reminder sequence as a self-booking.
Will Aurora keep asking for a slot once one is booked?+
No. The booking-aware AI guard prevents Aurora from re-offering slots once one is confirmed. If the lead later asks to reschedule, she'll surface the existing booking and reschedule instead of double-booking.
What happens to a missed call?+
The no-show recovery flow detects it (counsellor marks missed or no join after 5 min), sends a warm WhatsApp reschedule message within minutes, creates a task for the owner if the lead doesn't reply in 24h, and flips the stage to Missed call so dashboards reflect reality.
Can I configure working hours and buffer time?+
Yes. Per counsellor — working days, working hours, buffer between calls, and break windows are all configurable. Slots that fall outside those constraints never appear in the picker.
Can the booking happen inside a flow?+
Yes. Drop a Share slots node into any flow — the picker fires inline and pauses the flow until the lead picks a slot or the wait-for-reply timeout hits. Then the flow continues.
Do I need a separate Calendly subscription?+
No. BotSync bookings are included in your plan. You connect Google Calendar directly for sync — no third-party scheduler in the loop.
