Can BotSync send free-form messages outside the 24-hour window?+

No. BotSync follows WhatsApp rules strictly — outside the 24-hour service window, only approved templates can be sent. Inside the window, free-form is fine. The platform tracks this per-lead so your team never accidentally violates policy.

Can campaigns create follow-up tasks?+

Yes. Every reply to a campaign can fire a form_replied flow that creates a task, sets a stage, or hands the conversation to an agent. You can also configure per-segment follow-up flows that fire automatically.

How do segments work — is it a static list?+

Segments are live filters on your CRM, not snapshots. When you send a campaign, BotSync resolves the segment at send time — so newly-qualifying leads are included and recent opt-outs are excluded automatically.

Can multiple team members approve campaigns before they send?+

Yes. Optional review workflow — campaigns can be submitted for review and require sign-off from a designated approver before send. The audit log captures who created, who reviewed, and who approved.

What happens to recipients who reply STOP?+

BotSync respects opt-out keywords (STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE) automatically — those leads are flagged opted-out and excluded from every future broadcast. No manual list-scrubbing required.

Can I see who replied vs who didn't?+

Yes. The campaign dashboard shows real-time funnel (sent → delivered → read → replied → converted). You can also export the recipient list with status per row, or jump straight to the leads who replied.
